What Razmo stores, and what it does not.

Last updated 16 September 2026. Razmo is in testing and has not been released. This page describes the app as it is built today.

What we do not collect

Razmo does not scan identity documents, and does not perform face recognition or any other biometric check. There is no field in the database to put an identity document in, which is the only way that statement stays true. This is a design decision, not a feature we have not got to yet.

What you give us when you sign up

What the app records as you use it

Who can see it

Your name, age, gender and photo are visible to people in plans you are part of, and on your profile. Messages are visible to the members of that plan's chat. Access is enforced in the database with row-level security, not only in the app.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. There is no advertising in Razmo today and no advertising SDK in the app.

Where it is stored

On Supabase, which provides the database, authentication and file storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Deleting your account

Email hello@razmo.tech from the address on the account and we will delete it, along with your profile, your photos, and your membership of any plan. An in-app delete button is being built and will replace this.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to hello@razmo.tech.
